Rupert the Wise

“Rupert the Wise”

How
As you can see, I attempt to capture your animal companion in his/her natural environment.  The success of a shoot depends on the quality of natural lighting, the mood of the subject, my relationship with the subject and a lot of luck.  Shooting indoors is possible if it is bright enough outside.  I prefer not using a flash.

I do use Photoshop to bring out the best in each photo.  Sometimes the effects are subtle, like the photo above. Other times, converted the photo to a ‘watercolor’ or other effects captures the spirit and emotion of the moment.

What
You have a choice of three mediums
– Printed on metal and “floated”, very classy and durable.
– Printed on canvas
– Traditional print on paper, matted and framed

Examples of the metal prints may be seen at Winslow Animal Clinic, Bainbridge Island.
Or you can contact me to arrange a time for you to view examples.

The cost of a print depends on the size and medium you choose. As a rule, the least expensive is metal and the most expensive is the traditional matted and framed picture.
